2. OUR PRODUCTS
We sell greeting cards and related stationery products through the Zimbloo website.
We do our best to make sure product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and other information are accurate. However, colours can appear slightly differently depending on your screen, and minor differences may occur between photographs and the finished product.
All products are subject to availability.
3. PRICES
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£).
The price you pay will be the price shown at the time you place your order, together with any applicable delivery charges.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but this will not affect an order that you have already placed.
4. PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
Before completing your order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct any mistakes.
Once your order has been placed, you should receive an order confirmation by email.
Your order is accepted when we confirm that your products have been dispatched, unless we have told you that we cannot accept your order.
We may be unable to accept an order in certain circumstances, for example if a product is unavailable, there is an error in the price or product information, or we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cannot accept your order after payment has been taken, we will contact you and arrange a full refund.
5. PAYMENT
Payment is made through the payment options available at checkout.
We do not have access to or store your full payment card details.
Your payment information is processed by our payment provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.
6. DELIVERY
We deliver to the destinations shown as available at checkout.
Delivery options and prices will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
7. CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you change your mind about an online purchase, you will generally have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, followed by a further 14 days to return them.
The returned goods should be unused and in their original condition where reasonably possible.
Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue the appropriate refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
You may be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods unless we have agreed otherwise or the goods are faulty.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
8. FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We take care when preparing and packing every order.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or otherwise not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the problem.
We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide the remedy you are legally entitled to.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Where a refund is due, we will normally refund the original payment method.
Refunds and returns will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

All content on the ZIMBLOO website, including card designs, illustrations, graphics, photographs, logos, branding, text and other original material, belongs to ZIMBLOO or is used with permission.
You may view and use the website for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially use ZIMBLOO designs, images, artwork or other content without our written permission.
11. USING OUR WEBSITE
You agree to use the Zimbloo website lawfully and responsibly.
You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, introduce malicious software, gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
